A remarkable group of individuals numbered between 50,000 and 100,000 enjoys what we call the world's most unique status — being classified as “US non-citizen nationals”. As the name implies, these individuals are US nationals, but not citizens.

US non-citizen nationals have the privilege of being able to live and work in the United States, and get to utilize an American passport for international travel. 

However, they avoid the primary burden of American citizenship — worldwide citizenship-based taxation.

To obtain this status, one must be born in American Samoa. This means that while you cannot become an American Samoan yourself, your child born there can.

We acknowledge that only a few individuals might travel to this remote, underdeveloped territory to give birth there. But for the right person, it presents an incredible opportunity.
