Monthly Call

Thank you to everyone who joined us earlier today for the Total Access Members Webinar. It was a dynamic session where we explored the latest Federal Reserve policy, insights on Bitcoin’s price trajectory, and updates on certain Private Investor portfolio companies.

The call began with Peter’s detailed comments on the Federal Reserve’s future policy on rate cuts. He criticized recent decisions, voicing concerns about the actual state of the U.S. dollar’s strength and the broader strength of the economy.

We also discussed Bitcoin’s price surge and speculation about it reaching $100,000. Peter shared his perspective, acknowledging the current rally but emphasizing that it reflects significant manipulation. While he admitted the price has skyrocketed, Peter remains convinced that this trajectory is unsustainable and could lead to a significant bust.

In terms of Private Investor company updates, we reviewed several companies:

  • Freightsafe is going through liquidation due to its high cash-investment requirements, which caused rapid cash burn. Charlie, the CEO, has held a shareholder call, and we encourage investors to listen to that and reach out to him directly.
  • Mochica Resources, which operates a gold mine in Peru, recently acquired a 25% stake in a copper mine at no cost. While this is a promising development, communication has been a challenge with Luis Goyzueta, who manages the company. However, Luis does respond to individual inquiries and has promised a shareholder update soon.

We also addressed audience questions, including one about the reduced St. Kitts Citizenship By Investment program price through the real estate investment route, now $600,000 instead of $800,000. While this could be an option depending on individual preferences, James noted the potential risks, such as difficulty in reselling the property in the future.
